Rules and Regulations

  • Those entering the center premises shall dress in a befitting manner, compatible with the occasion and the facility being used.
  • All food & beverages consumed at the center premises must be provided by the center only.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. The center is a drug free zone and no violation will be tolerated.
  • Shouting, spitting, throwing litter or disturbing the peace of the center in any manner is prohibited. Members who indulge in such behaviour will be asked to leave the center’s premises immediately.
  • Members and their guests shall not use abusive language towards the center’s employees.
  • The center shall not be liable for any type of injury, death, damage or loss caused to the users at the center during the course of their visit to the center or due to the use of the center facilities.
  • Every member will be liable for any damage caused to the property of the center or to the property or person of any executive or employee of the center or any user of the center whether it is caused by the member himself or anyone else for whom the member is responsible. Compensation for such damage will be fixed by the management of the center and shall be recoverable from the member concerned.
  • Children must not use the restaurants as a play area.
  • The behaviour of the children in the center should not be disturbing to that of other members and their guests and any children found creating a disturbance will be asked to leave the center’s premises immediately.
  • Gambling at the center premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Only adults above the age of 18 will be allowed entry to the bar. Alcoholic drinks will not be served to any person below the age of 21 years.
  • The personnel of the center are authorized to enforce these rules and regulations and any violation will be reported to the management of the center which after conduting such inquiry as it deems fit, may adopt disciplinary action against the offending member and in appropriate cases, terminate the membership of the offending member.

Rules of Admission:

  • Entry of a guest to the center shall be at the discretion of the management of the center.
  • No member/supplementary member shall be allowed to enter the center without producing his/her membership card at the entrance.
  • The management of the center reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest without assigning any reason.
  • All member guest will be charged an entrance fee per person per visit.
  • All members, their families and their guest shall accept and abide by the rules and regulations of the center.
  • Maids are not allowed in the center building, outdoor areas and must not use the center facilities unless specifically permitted by the managing committee from time to time.
  • Prams and strollers are only permitted in the outdoor landscape of the Center and are not permitted in the Center building. Members using prams and strollers should ensure that they do not obstruct other members.
  • Fire arms and all other weapons of any kind are not permitted in the center premises.
  • Bodyguard / drivers / attendants / are not permitted to enter the center at any time and cannot be signed in as guest.
  • Dogs and other pets are not permitted in the center premises.
